    i just saw an ad on Craigslist that USA truck is offering a "choose your routes, choose your earnings, choose your benefits, choose your home time " for O/O's. I'm sure it's not a full choice board. Doesn't say anything at all about pay.

    Not a full board . They offer you 3 to 4 jobs as a o/o you pick the one you want to run . You pre plan about 3 to 4 loads based on where these jobs are headed . You can always take jobs that keep you near or running through your home state if lucky . The health plan is a pick and choose plan that can be tailored to your needs . Lease on or be a full O/O . Doing 2500 to 2800 miles a week currently. I might go O/O here soon .
