Good internet fax service

Yup, fax is dead. Emailing PDF's is the way to go.

 

Camscanner app, take a pic of document then convert to .pdf file and email.

 

There are still instances when I need a fax. For the time being, I will keep my current fax service. I have some people who fax and others who email me. If their email is down, I can still receive a fax from them. One thing I do like about having a fax service is that they keep them in case I need to go back and check or print an older fax. I can see a time when we may not even use faxes, but for the time being it is good to have a back up for $10/month.

 

Faxes are good when you don't have access to a printer such as when at a truckstop.

I had forgotten there are a few old school brokers who still use a fax. Redforeman told me a couple of years ago one of his go-to brokers is like that. None of mine use faxes.

 

seems that most are going to the email system.

personally, i prefer the fax, to keep my email from getting cluttered. i haven't felt like creating a seperate email specifically for that purpose.
