Guess Midwest was losing a lot of money
And got bought for the freight contracts and equipment.

that letter is basically telling the drivers to F off .

anytime a trucking company or any company in any industry gets gobbled up by a bigger company that used to be the competition , you need to start looking for a new job right away .

The company I work for keeps getting offers from larger companies in the same industry , the company has 150ish employees and 4-7 in the department I work in, the top folks leave out department alone and let us do our thing , we find our own clients and contracts etc, and our department makes money ,

if the company gets gobbled up by some giant company , I’m sure it will include a new boss that’s an incompetent micro managing control freak, , I’m just going to retire , I ain’t going through the hassle of finding another job I like .

pretty much. they’re grabbing the “unworthy” and leaving them behind, may not be qualified as much to drive the same stuff they been doing.

What a crock of BS, that letter,,a polite way of saying, "We've had enough of the BS, and are diverisfying into cannibus products", or whatever. I say that repeatedly, because it's a $400 MILLION/ year business in Colorado alone, these folks are putting new levels on their mountain homes, and you guys still trying to eak out a living with a truck? Changed dramatically, more like simply not worth it.
Speaking of partying, I remember years ago, Anderson was known for some partying MF'ers.

I've always wanted to do that. I have said, in a sarcastic voice, "You're welcome", and they look at me like I'M THE IDIOT,,so guess what, unless it's an old lady strugging, they can open their own #### door,,

Sorta like when Germany and Hitler invaded European countries in WWII...the people in those countries were given options to explore opportunities within the German empire. Only difference is, if you didn't like your options in Germany, they shot you. At ATS they only fire you if you don't want to be part of the ATS family.

The signature line on the letter tells you everything... He's the GM of Midwest & COO of ATS.

CAXPT and Cat sdp Thank this.
