Home time Finally! How long?

About 2 centuries. The wheels fell off my first chariot, and the Romans were absolutely nuts.

 

I’ve only worked for 2 trucking companies and thankfully both companies got me home where I could do my reset at home. Now that we are independent operators we set our own schedule so getting home is no problem. Thank goodness, I can’t imagine sleeping in this truck months at a time. I like to go home a shower in my own shower and cook some food in my own kitchen and sleep in my king size bed. To hell with this truck mattress.

 

Daum you should be allowed to sit home the next 6 months. I feel for you. Sorry you are out that long. I’d go bat crap crazy.

 

I’m hoping you made a small fortune or a large fortune at that.

 

First two years I’d stay out 30-60 days. No more. I run 12-20 days, go home for 3-4. I don’t ask, I tell them. So far they haven’t objected. When I’m out, I run hard. I run 450-650 most every day. So I think they’re ok with it.

 

Oh he did. He was typing as his servants were rubbing his feet. He is a different man now LoL

 

7 weeks with trainer at first gig - we took a week off in Florida so he could get his taxes done with his estranged wife. We stayed at her place. That was a trip.
After I finished training , we would stay out 4 or 5 weeks. Boy that got old. Stayed there exactly One Year.

 

My trainer left me with his girlfriends cousin and her 4 kids so they could go to a new year’s party. I may have took advantage of the situation but it was cool because her husband was in prison

 

I’m local so… but there was this one time when Big Maude wouldn’t let me out of my coffin for over 24 hours.
