From what i see i don't think it is a moving violation but is it something that is very frowned upon to possible employers?

No. It's not a moving violation, and to the best of my knowledge, it doesn't affect your MVR. It is a misdemeanor citation, and if not paid, can be considered more serious.
Bottom line, I don't think any driver has ever done jail time for being overweight. Best to just pay it and move on. Try to avoid it in the future...slow.rider and NavigatorWife Thank this. -

No. They are annoying though and I wouldn't want them on my license. They show up as, "misuse of equipment".
The only negative story I have ever ever heard is that a O/O I know went to rent a Ferrari in Vegas and they saw that and would not rent it to him.Capacity, jamespmack, K_R and 2 others Thank this. -
