Mercer orientation

I was asking for someone else he been waiting on a trailer since Nov.

 

If someone been waiting since Nov.for a trailer do they still get a truck from quality

 

Depends on the date of your approval. Call your contact at Mercer. If Quality has a Letter of Intent from Mercer, you should be good to go.

This letter of intent when do quality post to get it I called them they haven't rec.anything from mercer.I post to be flying to Indy Sunday what I post to do since they don't have it?

 

We were on the phone with Quality as soon as we got word our trailer was ready (and verified we could go though Quality). They said they needed the LoI, and we called Mercer right back. You will have to wait until Monday at 8am to get your LoI, but they email/fax it right over. Quality had it in minutes.

 

Alright I get to Indy tomorrow I'll wait till Monday.thanks

 

If you are not by the terminal in Louisville and need some flatbed equipment Zamzow in Kansas City gives Mercer drivers a good discount. Cargo Control out of Desmoines IA has a ton of flatbed gear....they also have a website. Great sales when they have em. UPS guy hates delivering flatbed equip to my house lol. Sometimes they have free shipping. I don't go by louisville unless I have to. The parking is to much of a #### circus lol.
