So if a customer kills your 14...and we can't PC...do we just violate straight up? Just drive the truck into a ditch and call it good? What's the point of the safe haven rule if you can't PC to the safe haven if you have a load?

What keen said. And what you said about it being Millis rules. What I said previously appears to be permitted based on FMSCA and if your company allows it. Some companies do not allow any PC under any condition so guess I'm happy we have what we have.

That is not really true, the way I understand it, as of sometime.last year when they relaxed all of the PC rules. There's times when you can be loaded and still PC as long as you're not advancing the load, or going to a terminal. I think everyone is still trying to figure out exactly when you're allowed to be loaded and PC, though.

I do know that you're not allowed to just log out of your ELD and drive when your 14 has expired Hahahaha. I did that once in at Loparex in Eden and Diana was quick to let me know to not do that again.

Man, #### Ohio. Literally every rest area I've passed here today has had a DOT cop bothering somebody in it. I just want to get home without pissing myself.

My looking around showed Millis to be the company I wanted to work for before the buyout, and then I did the same thing everyone else did that was looking then and got nervous about following through. But it seems like things haven't changed since the buyout from what little I've been able to see online, and figured going to Millis could be a disaster but it doesn't seem likely and would be about the same as some of the other training companies if it was. I've got this far in life by working through some unpleasant stuff, this shouldn't be anywhere near as bad as some of that "stuff".

My research led me to pick Millis. The buyout gave me pause, but I am still going. MTI still offers a great opportunity.
Still undecided, MIT and navajo Thank this. -
Can't go wrong with the training you'll receive at MTI!
Still undecided and MIT Thank this. -
It does not matter if you are loaded or not.
That much I know. The rest is unclear to me. Lol.
