5 years driving and I only done a creative parking once. Parallel park between 2 bobtail who was sitting by the curb in a pilot. I felt bad since it was about 20 ft away from the entrance, that 4 hours later I pull the curtain and found a spot to back into.

I drove in 3 other truck stop and they were all full. I'm talking midnight to 3am. Finally the last truck stop I had no choice.
