Every month 400 people find a job with the help of TruckersReport.

You can get a percentage of the settlement money for fuel upfront after you're loaded. They put it on a card. Your fuel card can be used sort of like a credit card. They will explain at orientation.
I don't know anything about lease gap coverage. -
Don't have thin skin at all and have a great sense of humor. Just didn't find any humor in the posted remark. A job is a job. One no better or worse than the other.
pusherman Thanks this. -
Do I have to buy a trailer or is that optional?
-
If you don't have a trailer, they have a lease purchase deal. Don't let the lp Idea scare you, it's cheaper than what you would pay for trailer rent at other carriers such as landstarLast edited: Mar 12, 2015

Okay do they cover maintenance on trailer lol. Also will I need money down for it?
-
It's your trailer. You are buying it, so why would they pay for the maintenance? Zero down.
They make no money off this. The only way to get the same trailer cheaper from a dealer is if you were going to pay cash so no finance charges. -
I can tell you that OOIDA offers gap insurance on Lease vehicles and is required by many leasing firms "ie. Lone Mountain Trucks" the company I will be leasing from and signing on with Mercer next month as well... I also would recommend talking to OOIDA about workers comp, health and lease payment coverage and pay reimbursements for being sick etc. Afflac offers the same type of coverage for workers comp and health though at a much higher rate then what I was quoted by OOIDA, though I am still waiting to hear back from my recruiter from Mercer to find out who they use for insurance and what their coverage and rate are as...
Good Luck TruckerPete1990 , who knows when your starting, maybe I'll run into you at orientation. let us know how things work out
