Carriers (maybe o/o's) are willing to accept this penalty blindly, but are gutless to demand $100/hr detention when they are held up?

There trucks are always flying in the hammer lane. I got passed by one on the New York Thruway 2 weeks ago I was doing close to 70 and that wasn't good enough for him.

 

No it's for there receiving I don't like receiving I work for a private fleet and I don't even like dealing with our receiving office and I work for the same company as the receivers what does that tell you?
