I prefer to reserve ahead of time but when getting a paid spot in live time, you can either
    • Pull into post-fuel parking then check inside
    • Or back into an open reserved spot then go in and see if any are available. If it real busy and full this might be the smartest option
The key is to check in either via the web site or directly at the location ASAP in case someone else beats you to the last spot at the last minute with payment and confirmation.

Its possible to get that many showers and still use them....If you can only get so much fuel at one time due to the heaviness of the load.

Yea, I can reserve a spot through the app. Or through their website. The pilot app is actually making it worth it to fuel and shower there, can drive into pilot, check the app and see if any showers available, then reserve it (10 min from that time to park and get in there). Fueling is easy since it tells you what lanes are used when and don't have to stand there punching numbers into pump or even take out wallet.. idk. I like pilot/j. Doesn't hurt that their blue coffee mug is still basically free.

    tucker and scottied67 Thank this.

And when the points build up to $11.00 ...you can use them to pay for scale ticket...

I bought ONE blue mug, I started drinking iced tea again.
I'm back to only putting in 51 gallons so I have lots of shower credits.

    RedRover and JC1971 Thank this.

Bathing in the sinks are still free. At least that's what I gather from my middle eastern friends...
