Coraopolis Pa, not to bad, tanker training is okay, went to Houston for mine few years back. Cory isn’t bad.
Sign on bonus payout was 30 days, 90 days, 120 days, then the 1 year anniversary date of hire on.
After driving solo for 1-2 months they bring you back in for Skill qualification training(SQTs) to make sure you unload the way you was showed and not spill, 1 drop off the spill pad or not in bucket is a spill!
Then you later do Nalco training, same thing unload into an 800-1000 gallon tank do paperwork minus 10% for expansion room no spill. Call the nalco line before opening valves (point of no return) and so forth, nalco loads get frustrating, but it’s a load and you’re running miles making money, name of game while on the road,
Good Luck in your adventures as a tanker yanker.
