I don’t mean this to sound like a “Richard”, but the guy is autistic so he’ll get away with it.

He’s not even suspended

 

Got offered a management position here at Cooper.

Guys, it pays ###. Don’t do it!

they wanted to pay me 79,500 salary with potential for bonuses every quarter averaging 3,000 if metrics are hit.

I said no, and they hired this new kid who I’m training ironically. They had this poor guy working last Sunday afternoon into Monday noonish.

 

Where I've worked, you would have been invited to the unemployment line. Man, at FXF and XPO, raising your voice would get you in trouble.

 

Good thing I always worked under a collective bargaining agreement.
I did however get a Operations manager a seat in the class.
A snot nosed TM was shown the door for his comments.

 

My center was closed today. I was on call until noon but got the all clear before noon.

 

I’m one of 3 drivers running tonight

 

I still have no idea how my terminal isn’t shut down I was the only one running doing pickups (which will sit wtf) our salesmen suck. I’m guessing they’re only keeping it open for the upturn in the economy

 

My center only has 9 p&d. All of our biggest customers were closed so local management just pushed everything to Monday. Mondays going to be fun lol.
