Hello, I made the mistake to lease on with a scammer company called Leader freight systems out of Indianapolis, IN, but orientation office in CHICAGOLAND (ALSIP) I am O/O power only, after moving 3 loads with them I decided to quit, they only offered me cheap paying RPM loads, when I told them that I was quitting they shut down my fuel card, I was still on a load and hundreds of miles away, I had to use my personal credit card to get fuel, I completed delivery on time and dropped their trailer in their yard as they told me, I worked there from 8/31/23 to 09/07 23, they sent me 3 different settlements trying to charge me for 2 weeks of trailer rent, eld, insurance, escrow, etc.
today is 10/04/23 and they have not paid me nothing, no answer calls or emails. if your are O/O stay away from these thieves.

If your struggling you need to get on at bigger well established company like JB Hunt, Dart, Swift, Night Transport and so on. Your time is precious and small companies will definitely waste your time and ruin your life. Dont take the chance. I know the hype sounds to good to be true and thats because it is.
