Answering that question isn't easy. It really comes down to how much he likes being involved with his trade.

I know for me, having my own authority would possibly ruin me. lol
I'm just someone who likes work and doing it right but the constant pressure of things going wrong is something I'd rather not dwell on. This lease has been the most laid back gig I've ever had.

But that's just me. Most are better at it. And most are more money hungry than me. I just like complaining about Carrier. :)

I should hope so. I mean I feel bad for the loss but... If the argument is it's too dangerous for the semi to be out there it's too dangerous for the 4 wheeler.

Frankly she's 100% at fault to begin with because she crossed the median.. And if this is not overturned it's gonna set a bad Precedent Making us all targets just for being out here.. And I can say the county that this trial was held in is where I live and I could be a sure that Texas Court of Appeals even the Texas Supreme Court will overturn this

That place is terrible. Usually the load isn't ready so they say drop your mt but there is no room to drop it anywhere. It is very easy to get stuck out back. I saw a JCT driver stuck out there, he had to pay a tow truck to come out and free him.

It wasn't too bad this time because there was a lot of room for the empties in the back because no one's picking up the loaded ones and they're having to find places for those.

My load wasn't ready when I got there but it was ready by the time I drop my empty. Except the temperatures wouldn't come down on the reefer and it actually shut down for high Temps at the compressor but I ran a defrost cycle and it was working like clockwork after that. New trailer.

I hate when I think of the perfect response after I leave a conversation.

I was buying something at the truck stop there in Tyler and I had my JCT hat on and the cashier said that she has a jacket with that exact logo on it. No clue where it came from. It was just in her closet when she moved into wherever she moved to.

Initial reaction was that's kind of odd but hey free jacket is free jacket.

I get back to the truck and the response came to me.

"You can tell that definitely came from a JCT driver because it was left behind for someone else to take care of..."

    ... Thanks brain
