What's the lowest? It's rare that I see a JCT with less than an L.
-
Every leased truck starts with an L. For example, my truck number is L3858. I'm the first driver with this truck. So, no letter at the end.
Now, if I turned in this truck; the number would get an A at the end ( L3858A) when the next driver leased it. Then B, C and so forth.
So, to answer your question, the lowest is no letter at the end. Now, seeing a truck a few years old with still the original driver is somewhat rare. -
Who in their right mind would take that?
I’d be afraid it was a lemon or been abused.MachoCyclone Thanks this. -
I talked to the driver for a few mintues. He is new to the company and it was one of a very limited number of trucks to choose from. He took it in order to get moving and and is already in talks to upgrade to a brand new truck when they start rolling in. He says he knew what he was getting into when he made that decision.
I didn't have time to really talk more with him, so, didn't really get mucg for a first impression on the guy.radioshark Thanks this. -

Truck assignment told me there's already 19s out there with C's.
My 17 has no letter which makes it rare as a #### unicorn. 451k miles so I'm in the home stretch...drvrtech77 and MachoCyclone Thank this. -
That truck is probably heard the phrase "#### this place" more times than a prison... Or boot camp.Jarhed1964, Rugerfan and MachoCyclone Thank this.
