Trucking Jobs in 30 seconds
Every month 400 people find a job with the help of TruckersReport.

Once I deliver, I'll be at 30k. And that was with a 0 week while in the shop.
-
I have just over 30k with the load I'm on now. Got another 1300miles lined up after this load. And that's with taking 8days off during the quarter.
-
Ugh I hate going to Laredo lol

Is there a website where we can check our pending settlements?
-
Pending settlements....no. Just the email on Wednesday around 1000-1030 central. I had PMed you a link to a spreadsheet to use to estimate your settlements.
Viewing and downloading all previous settlements can be done through the JCT website under Current Drivers. -
I know I could figure it out on my own, I know all the deductions and how much fuel I bought compared to my loaded and mt miles, just lazy I guess. Last carrier, I would log in and see all my pending settlements current and pending into week ahead. Thought maybe JCT had something similar. I did find the P/R macro but it is the same info from the Wednesday payroll email. Anyway I will figure it out as I go.
-
Now that would be very nice to have. I made a Google docs sheet to enter my info to calculate the near and far week ahead.
Would you mind throwing one at me? Would like to check the layout to see if its better than mine.

Sent you a PM with the download link. @Steel Tiger sent it to me a couple of years ago. I added the box to estimator how much should be saved for taxes.
-
Thanks!
Mine is a lot simpler. Here is the Google sheets link. Just save it then it can be opened. If viewed in a browser the grids don't show but are there when opened in the app.

Or an xlsx form:

Lease cell, maintenance cell and fixed costs cell must be customized as it has my costs in there now. It figures $0.90 or $0.93 for the trip based on miles. Some empty cells are there for extra entries.
Enter the pay date where is says "near week" and it will carry it to the pay box. The second section is for the far off week since there is some overlap. Adjust the fsc as it changes. The rest is pretty much automatic.
TAMachoCyclone Thanks this.
