Transflo has a website and you can click on participating truck stops in whatever state you are in at that time. Transfloexpress

I used the self service transflo in North Las Vegas a couple weeks ago and got paid for those trips no problem.

Since the original poster asked concerning Swift, Swift will allow you to scan your papers at Pilot, Bosselmans, and Love's ONLY. We are not permitted to scan at Petro, Flying J, and TA. I don't know how many of the Pilots have the self-serve, Transflo Express, but I have used them to scan my Swift papers with no problem several times. The first time I used it, I actually went to the counter first, and was told they longer do it at the counter because they had the self-serve station. It's really not hard. Place the papers on the tray and press F1. Hit Page Down if you want to view the pages scanned, then hit F1 a couple times to complete the transaction. It's not difficult.

BTW I see Pilot is now offering $2 off your free shower if you buy their ragazine!

T/A has changed their methods for redeeming your free shower. It is purposely confusing to get you to pay for a shower. :biggrin_255: The cashier at one T/A was complaining about what they did. :biggrin_25516:

    What are they doing?

Pilot says "pick up a magazine and get 2 dollars off Subway" How about you give me your self advertising publication. Aw well look at the racks, their overflowing with dust covered magazines. No ones gonna pay for that thing.

The hook "scan & go" system was sold to Pegasus TransFlo. Should have self service kiosks in the J's soon.

I haven't seen the $2 off Subway. I wouldn't walk into a Pilot if Swift didn't have me fuel there.

    They are always nasty.

"Attention Pilot associates, can we get a courtesy check on the men's and women's restrooms?"

Maybe it was a guy being nice to a lady trucker, but the assistant manager of the Colonial Heights, VA Pilot showed me how to do the self-scan back in January. If they're on the floor, I'd bet an employee would show someone how to scan. The confirmation receipt prints under the scanner, and there are staplers (bolted down) next to the receipt printer.

They're starting to get more of those self scanners in, and I've never received any messages about missing logs or trips.

Have any other Swift drivers been receiving messages on the Qualcomm to stop scanning at truck stops all together? I wonder if it's just my fleet or terminal, but I'd rather scan at a truck stop than be stuck in the drivers' lounge with Bitter Billies and scanners that work maybe 80% of the time. That rate drops to 70% late at night. Thanks, y'all.
