@supersnackbar Far be it from me to presume to tell you how to handle your business, but there’s an old saying that goes something to the effect of “no matter how rough you think you have it, there’s always somebody who has it worse”.

If micromanagement is your primary grievance with the current outfit, give this a read and see what he had to put up with.
