Maybe they finally realize that they couldn't keep going down the road the same way...they had to make chgs or lose it...they earned the reputation they got and its squarely them to repair it and such..

Agreed after watching a few videos on youtube of a trucker being harassed I decided not to go with them for my safety is more important then they garbage loads no matter how expensive it is. Calling a driver middle night telling him keep rolling when he said no unacceptable late or not.

These driver managers will give loads that are horrible anyways with not enough time and expect you work miracles. On top that they called cops on him for a wellness check more to wake him up. They ever did that to me I would be making a v line to the dispatcher we would settle the issues in the parking lot. Even if he calls the cops on me I would make sure his life be a living hell either buddies or relatives because of we are not afraid of a little jail.

Would never suggest anyone work there based on one driver. Would need 8-9 drivers a picture is worth a 1000 words well videos of them in the act doing these atrocities to drivers.

Not saying this guy is not a driver but for all we know he could be a company staff instead of a driver is my problem they come here too and they try to boost their reviews you can see they copy & pasted some tempo if you ever viewed some them. so why couldn't they pose as a driver?

 

Now days with Elogs there’s no running outlaw. If you have the hours to run then that’s not on the company, that’s on you if you’re “too tired”.

 

never mention driving dirty, And hours go that's on the driver some yea but not always sometimes it's road conditions, weather,traffic if you drive through more then one major city like Memphis and Nashville normally I rarely have issues but sometimes you have to run certain times you rather not through some places you could lose an hour at each city. I have done lost more than that before in one city. These drivers who park on shoulders of ramps are horrible planners or looking be convicted one day if they don't have triangles one day someone rear ends them. I feel no sympathy for those who do get convicted you are playing Russian roulette.

Don't excuse the laws the DM breaking making these calls. if I was this driver I would hire a lawyer based on the videos I have seen.
