Fines are the least of a drivers worry if he crashes going on a closed road unless I'm mistaken your insurance pays zilch if you go on a closed road and crash

Per W.S. 24-1-109, motorists traveling on a closed road without permission from WYDOT or WHP may be subject to a fine of up to $750 and/or up to 30 days imprisonment.

Makes me want to buy a wrecker and move to Wyoming! At least for the spring breakup....

The ones you have to be concerned about is the 4 wheelers that were in a position to be sandwiched between trucks. For a while there one of those videos sounding like a bowling alley on league night. Saw one of the smarter 4 wheelers head off into the ditch.

Yeah CB radios would have lessened the severity. Those jack wads that make all the queer noises need to be located and taught proper radio etiquette. Every flatbedder would either use or loan their winch bar to you. Then the airwaves will go back to the way they were.

And they have never replaced the asphalt in that spot. It's still scarred and melted looking...right lane, right at the Eastbound Buford WY exit.

Rolled all the way across WY last night/today. Not a single wreck to report. Although the burned out frame and drive train remnants from the last big one are dtill piled up in the median.
