    Shouldn't have an issue eating right on the road. Stay away from the TS food and fast food. Get a fridge microwave or a toaster oven and shop at Walmart. I worked out everyday when I was out we have 10 hours and the 30min so it's plenty of time

    this. if your goal is not getting fat getting a fridge and following a healthy diet out of your truck, and avoiding truck stop crap (not saying never but not every day) you'll stay in good shape just from that and feel a lot better in general. combine that with maybe a run or bike ride on your 30 every day youll be good.

    Sign on with flat bed company, tarping will get you plenty exercise.
