sweeping out reefer floors fast

I hook my air hose/gun to the emergency glad hand, run hose through vent push in valve. do the deal put it all back and back in my truck 5 mins later. Works for me plus i don't have to deal with a blower.

 

I saw a Prime driver parked on the side of the freeway using a leaf blower to clean out his trailer, presumably a few miles before his customer. Gotta figure he got busted doing this at some truckstop and leaving the debris, he figured do it on the side of the road, traffic flying by will never see his truck number and he can freely leave the trash and debris, no problems.

 

Got tired of breaking broom handles, they don't make them like they used to. Went with a leaf blower that uses the same battery as my weed trimmer, the EGO 56V from Home Depot. It does a great job, 3-4 trailer cleans per charge.

I just blow everything to an end, pick up the big pieces and use the handheld car vac I keep in the truck for the rest. Gets it done in 5 minutes; far faster and better than any broom. If you go the broom route, the old school simple horse hair ones worked ok but leaf blower is the right tool for the job.
