    I got a ticket last year! I had the cab card (seperate ticket) but had forgotten to stick the stickers on! Ahhhg! $150.00 in PA. They had kids (not regular PA DOT!) at truck stops with all trucks must exit signs and their only job was to check this crap!

    If you look at the backing of the stickers, it tell you where they have to be installed.
