As I said I've been broke down the last four days and I will not abandon equipment especially while under a load.

Totally understand about not wanting to abandon the equipment while under a load. What's taking so long to get the truck repaired? I always thought that Tribe, had some of the best equipment on the road. I thought about joining, then I found out about their low pay.

They do have nicer equipment for there drivers that's been with them a while and there teams, however all new drivers start in peterbuilts. The one I'm in is a 2013 yet with a long list of issues, air leaks one after another leaf spring missing bushing, exguest leak, a p u will not run bunk heaters do not work and doors are worn out and will not shut securely.now after test driving it today the check engine light came on. Just bad maintaince.yes the truck has over 400000 miles on it yet if your still considering that truck to be in service then the company should and is responsible for maintaining it.so in not doing so it's costing them now. This is the reality I've experienced since I've been here, they have sucessful drivers which are very happy, yet I'm not them and can only express the truth they have shown me.which could have been avoided and should have been.Tribe is 100% at fault here and because of there negligence it's costing us to loose money.Personally I can't believe what's all taken place since I started with them,.less that 1200 miles in three weeks in the past 6 days under 320 miles. At this point they have yet to repower the load that was expected by the customer on the 18th.

They seem to have sharp looking equipment. Seen a couple of their rigs that one time I picked up at Ben & Jerry's last spring, back when my current company still hauled decent freight.

Sounds like a joke company. And only 39 cpm a real joke. That was good pay in the 80s.

Only .39 cpm? No extra pay like detention or layover? No quarterly bonus? What about pay for short miles? Enlighten us on the hole pay scale.

I'm Thinking about making a move to tribe next week. I've seen a lot of your info on here, and I have a lot of respect for the info you provide. I've spoke with Craig in recruiting. He seems to be a straight up kinda guy,I respect that. I was just wondering if you could give me a little more info, not that I don't trust Craig,I just like to hear from a driver. I live in the Little Rock,Arkansas area do you know anything about this area as far as freight, I'm assuming chicken will be big. How will Tribe get me to Georgia for orientation? Do they go by bus or plane? Any other info good or bad you can provide would be great.
