you are probably insurable if the rest of your mvr is good but as i so well know there are cos. that wont hire anyone that has ever had a dui .

Go for it somebody will hire you just curious you say you also did pot, do you have pot convictions too? Hopefully not if so don't waste your money with pot and DUI convictions

I'm pretty sure I've been on thin ice for a while, I think some of the mods would love to ban me, and just to be a thorn in their side, I'm not giving them that reason.

The DUI on the MVR depends on the state. Pull your MVR and see. It will be on your criminal record and you will have to fess up to it as it will be found out in a background check. Two DUI pretty much cuts you off from Canada permenently. Big deal to lot of trucking companies.

The pot nabs will scare the crap out of most trucking companies. The last thing they want is a bad UA after a trucking accident. The large trucking companies get bad UA from pot all the time. It is the big companies that do the training also. So you figure it out.

Pot businesses are hiring in my area. Trucking businesses are not.
