Take vitamin D at about 10,000 IU a day and Also, take it with vitamin K. This enhances the effects of the vitamin D. As mentioned, it’s a fat soluble vitamin. I run night Linehaul and my numbers are right around 80. All night shift workers should supplement it.

I was prescribed D2 50000iu, but only 1 a week. I'm thinking he'll take me off them on my next checkup. I'm not really sure why I'm taking them, I get plenty of sunshine. I live in AZ, practicality sunny year 'round.
