    The missus makes these. As far as I know, it's ground beef and chopped onions. Maybe a few bread crumbs kind of like meatloaf, but not as dense as meatloaf. A little cheese on top and some tomato sauce. Not sure if there's anything else included. Salt and pepper, I'm sure.
