Hahaha its not rocket science . if ya need help i could walk u thru some of the securement stuff

 

For packages like these (below) they have a large tray that has holes in it. These holes fit the plastic cup part. Then they take a big bottle of the sauce and pour it in the tray, next with a big squeegee, they scrape it across the cups. This fills the cups. Then they lay a printed sheet of plastic or foil over the top and put it in a sealer press. This heats up the glue on the cover sheet and sticks it to the cup. After a minute, the sealed cups come out and goes to the cutter. Kind of looks like a large cookie cutter. Then they put it in a box and send it out.
