If you went on work comp for that injury it might be wise not to mention that part, if you can avoid doing so.

Knight is one to consider since there's a terminal in your city; a place to park the truck while you're on home time.
Plenty others to consider also, when the time is right.

 

Refreshing to have a driver (even future) come on here with a good attitude looking for employment guidance with a good past and no list of demands or disqualifiers for a future employer.
