Where's Everyone @?

Bah. Turning right from Harlem onto Grand requires a combo buttonhook AND jug handle. I take two lanes on approach via Harlem and will use three lanes and crowd traffic back on Grand if I can get away with it. I can make the turn with only two lanes without crowding cars back on Grand, but normally scrape the curb if I do.

Today I had a police officer turn immediately in front of me, and he stopped 100 feet down the road and watched me.

Yes. I ended my turn in the right side lane, officer.

 

LOL... he (officer) was like:

LMAO~! (Just don't let @scottied67 see ya, hahahahaha!)

 

Indeed. He even followed me down to the right buttonhook/jug handle (can never remember which is which) onto Oak Point, and watched me make that turn too.

I really dislike going to that Mars facility. It used to be easier before they screwed truck drivers by making the more reasonable approach illegal.

 

Here's a pic, Bob, but here's how to remember in your mind: (How I do, anyway~) Jug equates to P'Jug, which is not good. Button hook equates to momma or granny sewing buttons on broken britches, which IS good. Works for mental memorization props!!!
