You said in a prior post that your truck was the only one damaged. Now the car had hit you? Tell us exactly what happened.

a car was in the left lane going around 50 mph in a 70 my truck can only go 65 I was behind her a truck was passing the car in the right lane as soon as he passed her I moved over to the right lane to pass her as well, as I was passing her she drifted over to my lane I honked the horn she jerked the wheel to the left back into her lane and then drifted over again this time she pulled back into the left lane again then a second later she drifted back over and hit my tank steps I then turned to the right to try and avoid her hitting me again or worse get run over or go under my trailer at that time my rear trailer tires supper singles grabbed the soft shoulder and kept pulling me off the road at that time I was trying to keep the front tires on the road and was till the rear trailer tires hit the guard rail a low one of only 18 inches tall and blew out the tires that's when the trailer pulled me over on my side

DAC report, possibly your PSP report, and it will definitely show up on your state MVR. Also on your DAC, unless your were parked and you were hit by a moving vehicle, or just a collision with a deer (provided you stayed in control after that deer hit), it will show up as chargable, or preventable. Any rollovers, fatalities, bridge strikes, rear end collisions, serious tickets, DUI's, abandonments, or severe jacknifes, and it will spell trouble for you when applying to a good company.

This was a preventable accident. The safety director probably said what I'm going to. You should have slowed down and maintained your lane. You allowed the car to dictate your actions. You were not in control of your vehicle. The car trading paint was their fault. Rolling the truck over was your fault.

Dude... don't let them push you off the road.... I had a similar accident but I didn't roll the truck but I force someone into the guard rail. Lady didn't have insurance and ran on foot. It was mark preventable because the company had to paid for damages to the car I crush in the rail. Lucky I had a dashcam rolling and I push n push and they change it to non preventable. I got lucky but lesson learn, if they are drifting or cutting me off, I'm not moving for the danger of a roll over. A fender bender is better than the laying the truck

The situation ya just described was easily avoidable. When I see people doin 15 - 20 mph under the limit I assume they're on drugs and get the hell away from em. She shouldn't have had a chance to run into the steps, furthermore ya left the lane to avoid her, so this rollover is on you. Worse case scenario she would be stuck under the tandems or might have bounced off. That's when ya maintain the lane, and possible keep ya job.

OP, I would try applying for some crappy mega fleets, and if they turn you down, find yourself a nice little dump truck job, small fleet, or O/O.
There are a lot of decent employers out there that couldn’t give a flyin **** about DAC, even including a few that pay up to 23.00 an hr here locally.
I have been driving since 1984 without the help of DAC reports. Had one accident (1996), Motor home came into the hammer lane and I used the median to get around him! No ticket no foul!
    ~what I would do~
As far as DAC is concerned, if they are reporting incorrect info, I would obtain a copy of the accident report and police report, contest DAC, apply for a few jobs, if they turn you down because of that DAC report then find an ambulance chaser who handles lawsuits on the Federal level and file a lawsuit!
When you tell a judge that you ditched the truck and likely saved someone’s life you will get better treatment than this screwed up trucking industry.

Im not an attorney, and you wont find me in a truckstop much, but I do know there is already established case law to fight DAC!
