    Looks like that flatbedder crossed the 4wheeler's path cutting him off and freaking him out. So he jumped over into the next lane in front of the green light, stopped and was struck from behind. It's unfortuneate, but any time you hit someone with the front of your vehicle that is your fault.

    The tow truck was in the middle lane, cut across the path of the car in the left lane and jumped the curb hard.

    I'll have to give the driver with the radio credit for being able to avoid what could have been a major catastrophe.It looks like the flatbed blew a tire and at the last second the car got over.But I commend that trk driver for being able to manuver around and not hitting the car.That's great defensive driving if ever I saw it.
