Will I be fined for past or current log book violations. My company is pressuring me to take loads past my 70 hours. What is this new point system I hear about that will go against my license?
Jerry says
Quit your company and get a reliable legal company to work for, if they dont care about the Hours of Service Rules (HOS) than they could care less about you, the motoring public, and other truckers. If you continue to violate the rules, than you are just as guilty. Be safe, and think of the safety of yourself and others.

With CSA2010 now in place, any hos violations incurred by you will follow you for 3 years and could make you unemployable as other companies look at your score card and decide not to take on your score. Run legal my friend. Treat your CSA score card like gold if you want to remain in this industry.
