Customers can receive towing and labor coverage in most states and 10 Canadian provinces with this service. Peter Niro, Truck Product Development Manager at Progressive Insurance, said this offering provides “peace of mind on the road” and connects customers with a qualified service provider to get them back on the road quickly. Customers must call Progressive’s roadside number to communicate with TTN Fleet Solutions, which will dispatch a qualified service provider.
