TCA Opens Nominations for 2026 Professional Drivers of the Year Awards

Honoring the Industry’s Best

The Truckload Carriers Association (TCA) is now accepting nominations for its 2026 Professional Drivers of the Year Awards. The program honors truck drivers who go above and beyond — showing exceptional safety, professionalism, and leadership on and off the road.

Each year, five professional drivers are selected to receive national recognition and a $20,000 cash prize. These winners will be celebrated at the 2026 TCA Annual Convention in Orlando, Florida, taking place from February 28 to March 3, 2026.

How to Nominate a Driver

Nominations are open until December 5, 2025. To qualify, drivers must:

• Work for a TCA carrier member

• Be nominated by their employer

• Maintain an outstanding safety record

• Show leadership and professionalism both on and off the road

TCA encourages fleets to nominate drivers who truly represent the heart of the trucking industry — professionals who demonstrate excellence in their work and a positive attitude toward others.
