ETS states: “All instructors have a minimum of 10 years experience and many have more than 30 years experience. During the behind the wheel instruction the typical instructor ratio is four students per instructor.” “The ETS admissions counselors do not work on commission. ETS receives no fees from potential employers of graduates. A 2-week (80 hour) short program is available for those who want to upgrade from CDL-B to a CDL-A; or for those who have a valid CDL-A and need road skills training.”
