The Commercial Driver License program primarily operates through Florence-Darlington Technical College (FDTC). FDTC operates the CDL program from the various technical colleges throughout the Piedmont and Coastal regions of South Carolina. They may operate a class at WTC and one from another college at the same time or they alternate class locations depending on need.
