New Braunfels has to be one of the busiest Wally DC I visit. I was the last truck in line, and I had just enough room to get off the frontage road. They moved right along, but still took 30+ minutes to check in.
There were 3 trucks who tried to cut in line and go in the Walmart lane. They got turned around and made to go back to the end of the line.
Good for you Walmart gate people!!!!!
Friend, Knucklehead, hotrod1653 and 10 others Thank this. -
Or better yet, drop the quarterly bonus altogether and just pay me the 4 cpm up front instead of leaving yourselves opportunities to take away one paycheck per quarter.Friend, Knucklehead, hope not dumb twucker and 1 other person Thank this.

I have a custom seat in my truck that came with the new truck two years ago. It's pretty good, actually.
Friend, hope not dumb twucker and 201773 Thank this. -
I'm fully expecting Crete to pull something like driver facing cameras or something. Because a mega wanting to up pay that much. Is very suspicious to me.
Also speaking of truck seats. Unsure exactly how they work. But this international I'm in has heated and cooling drivers seat. Well based on the buttons I spotted on the side.Friend, Lonesome and hope not dumb twucker Thank this. -
My passenger seat is the kind KW puts in but my driver's seat is a Junkliner elcheapo...that is coming apart. 270k on the truck and I find pieces parts on the floor occasionally. Yesterday I found 2 ball bearings and some kind of white pot metal piece that looks like an endcap for one of the tracks. After driving SPD's Volvo with it's leather recliner, this looks more like a seat you would find in a cheap economy car from the 80's

I don’t see that coming…Crete/shaffer has always paid way more than majority of carriershope not dumb twucker and Bud A. Thank this.

Yeah, my passenger seat is the usual thing but I only use it for my jacket and charging cables.Friend and hope not dumb twucker Thank this.

And they surveyed drivers maybe five years ago about whether they would tolerate outward facing and/or inward facing cameras and got a resounding no, so I don't think they'll go that route. I talked to a driver who has one of the new generation trucks. He said there's a camera in the lane watcher in the middle of the windshield but I think he's wrong about that. External cameras can cut both ways if it comes to a lawsuit.
Speaking of which, that's the only thing I would change: take the big useless plastic blob out of the middle of the windshield. I hate it.hope not dumb twucker, Trucker61016 and drvrtech77 Thank this. -
Aschoff made it clear to us drivers in a meeting that inward will never occur because he respects drivers privacy…hope not dumb twucker, Trucker61016 and Bud A. Thank this.
