Central Refrigerated Truck Stop

I am seriously considering team driving with my significant other who works for Central. But before I do, I was hoping to talk to some team drivers to get a first hand of what it's REALLY like ... a BIG thanks ahead of time to those who reply!

I'll be in the June 1st class too. Got my plane ticket last week and put in my notice at work so i'm ready to go! I'm scared too but i'm just gonna take it one day at a time and work hard to learn it all.

 

So these are the days I wish 1bad was around. I'm sitting in the er with the kids. I really think the oldest one has broken her jaw. Waiting on the xray results now. Wish is luck!

Broke down again. managed to get back to the shop in salt lake. look me up if anyone is around, trk 99660 white volvo with daddy o on drivers door

 

Went shopping today and got some new seat covers for the truck, new floor mats and screws to hold the flat screen tv, someone was like a kid with a new toy moving the TV into different positions tilting up and down and after we finish getting the big bad mistress clean we are going out for dinner for mothers day!

Also got a toaster oven but that will stay home until I get in the truck!

 

Talked to Central recruiter by the name of Ryan on friday. He asked me if i already have my class A i told his yes. Then he said were not hiring at the moment we will be in a few months. He said tht the reason theire not hiring is because they dont have enough trucks theire waiting for more to come in.

 

We were sorta wondering when that was gonna happen! a lot of students going through and not enough trucks in this economy they aren't having a huge turnover!

 

Hope ya bought some stuff for my truck, lets see now

a new cooler
seat covers
new bumper one like yours
chicken lights for the cab
all the above will work I will think of somemore stuff later I'm tired now I worked to hard today goodnite...........

Oh by the way I already have a toaster oven so I won't be needing one of them just stick with the list and thank you for thinking of me hehehe
