consistent pay/miles per week, home daily.

seems a no brainer to me as long as it will fill your goals, budget needs etc.

sounds to me like a good one to get solid experience.

 

its very helpful starting out. mine hit my bank every 17th like clockwork. separate check from pay

 

Long since dead thread but I think we went to the same CDL school.. and I’m looking at a Schneider dedicated/home daily- pretty sure it’s for the same company. Did you take the job? How was it? I’d rather hear from you than whatever crap their recruiter will tell me. Thanks man!

 

I’m going to start on this HD account in Tennessee this March. Home daily, 36 ft flat bed with moffett fork lift Coupled to day cab delivering loads from store to customer. Home daily, 10-15 multi stop loads per week, 600 miles per week all within 60 miles of home store. Daily rate plus add ons and bonus. M-S 6am till finished. We will see. Time to learn something new. Within 24 hours of posting the requisition had 4 interested current drivers.

 

I got a similar offer from Schneider in Arizona doing the Home depot store to customer deliveries via day cab ,36ft flatbed and moffett

Pay breakdown (for Tucson AZ)

$50 per day base
$12.50 per stop
30 cents per mile
25cents per item unloaded
Monday - Saturday

$105 per day training pay

They claim 12-18 stops per day but also said the average annual pay was only $42k per year so the work must not be consistent

 

I tried it. Wasn’t for me. I’m back regional 5/2 park at home.
