I believe 15 MPH over the limit is the magic number that they look at. Anything more than that and I definitely think you would have a problem. 15 over is right on the number though....have you spoken to them about it? I would call them, explain the circumstances, and ask them if there is anything else you can provide. Just from my experiences of being in the office and overhearing conversations, I really think they are in the business of getting people qualified. Both of the ladies I've met that take and process applications are very nice. I will say that they are strict though. I put on my application that I had a fender bender on private property in June which wasn't even my fault, and I got a call this morning asking me to immediately fax them an offical accident report. This was a situation where a lady hit me while pulling into a parking space. Luckily, she called the po-po who wrote an "incident" report, which is all they do if there is nobody hurt and less than so much damage. I called the police dept, drove over and got a copy of the report, and drove it to their office this morning. She said it was all good, they just needed some documentation. I just use common sense and courtesy. I give her whatever she asks for with a smile even if it was a hassle, and I always say "no problem, just let me know if there is anything else you need from me".
I just know I wouldn't be getting on a bus cross-country without a conversation. It would be better to find out now, rather than have to endure a roundtrip bus ride, but that's just my opinion. Just be truthful, because I can tell you for a fact that they pull your MVR and include it in your file.

So are you stuck in Dallas for 6 days until your other trainer signs off? If that's the case, give me a shout if you want to grab some lunch or something.

well boogdaddy,i got the pre-hire packet, and a date of sept 28th,the recruiter said, she is concerned about the ticket, but not overly worried
-

Wow! That's more than I've received! I haven't recieved anything in the mail other than a postcard with a picture of a company truck. Maybe it's because I'm in the office 3 times a week dropping off info and my start date is Monday. I'm sure you'll be ok.

i call her 3 times a day lol, probably driving her nuts lol,at least im showing iniative do you have yahoo messanger?

Maybe I didn't recieve anything because I don't need a bus ticket or hotel room. You have me curious now though, what was in your packet? If you're not comfortable stating it hereLast edited by a moderator: Aug 26, 2009

No, I haven't loaded much onto this new laptop. I will in due time, just don't feel like messing with it tonight. I'll let you know when I do....
