That's what it's all about. Once you are debt-free, you can work on tweaking the job into something that you actually enjoy. Ideally your first couple years in the industry will be something you eventually look back on and wonder how the hell you got through that.

See this is what pisses me off about Estes. You know Houston is a dead terminal. You send me here, and I'm on break almost 20 ####ing hours. Then people say I'm wrong when I turn down dispatches and go back to the hotel.

yup, last time i was in houston i sat for 18 hr. I think they ended up dispatching me empty out of there back to dallas.

19 hours just to go to San Antonio. This the stuff I be talking about. Been at the terminal since about 7pm. Ridiculous! I'm going to San Antonio and going to bed. I dare somebody say something because somebody just might get knocked TF out tonight.
