Hi,
@Chinatown you've been super helpful maybe you can recommend some places... I'm. 8 months+otr reefer with a good company but the miles aren't there, need over 3200 for the sacrifices of otr to make Sense, I stay out 2-3 months on recaps with 1 week off not messing around but my net has been fluctuating and a few times below 1k which isn't acceptable, already brought this up with dm... I have all my endorsements, have been running hazmat and other reefer loads in all states except CA, NYC, ne of NYC, have experience with snow storms in PA to Montana... Currently at. 46 cpm but the miles are under 2500...
Starting to look local (jaxksonvile, Daytona Beach, Orlando, FL) considering loves (gemini), epes, old. Dominion has some local routes in Jax that pay, interested in otr if it makes sense or nets at least 1500 (I run efficient, no late appts, stay out months at a time on recaps and communicate with dispatch about where im going to be at and my available hos)... Any good companies worth noting? I see decker is now reefer see them besides me at docks thought they and ats were flatbed and oversize?
Cryo tanker worth looking into?
Indian River?
Open to reefer, dry van, tanker... No flatbed
Any and all help or suggestions is appreciated, don't want to bad mouth my current company it's not a bad company but dispatch communication and miles could be much better... I suspect the company is expanding and drivers already broken in aren't getting the miles deserved they go to newcomers to break em in...
Florida Jax, Daytona, Orlando or otr better pay

Ups in jax, Orlando or Hialeah. Top rate is just a few pennies under 40 an hour and you get there in 3 years I believe. Ot after 8 hour shifts/40 week. Full bennies. Extra pay for weekends. Etc etc etc.
Loudstacks Thanks this. -

Website still shows need 12 mos. exp. so maybe they've changed their criteria to 9 mos.

This company may still have a coast to coast division that pays well over $100K per year.
Hires new cdl school grads, so you should be qualified.

I used to live in Daytona Beach, it’s good for bike week or retirement, nothing else.
Chinatown and Loudstacks Thank this. -
No offense meant, but the cap locks says SCAM.
