    Dark Horse Transport LLC in Gardnerville Nevada does not respect the Truth in Leasing regulations!!! They still owe me money while I'm trying to stretch nickles to stay afloat...

    I'm not @TB John but I'll answer. Yes there are Truth in Leasing regs administered by the FMCSA. As far as escrow money owed the company has 45 days to return it and most companies wait until the last day.

    Yes I respect those regulations as those regulations allow us o/o to enforce our Rights in Federal Court

    Yes, I follow all federal, state, and local rules and regulations. I trust all my lease operators do the same. Except Pedro..... we had a problem with him. Details when my lawyer gives the go ahead.
