Trucking Group Seeks Relief from ELDs for Truckers With Pets and Service Animals

Call me heartless, cruel or whatever, but if your furry companions are causing you that much anxiety you should probably leave them at home. I don't receive an exemption when I have to stop more frequently because the wife has to make water. And, if she's causing that many problems I'll send her home.

I seriously think they should administer a 'manliness' or 'butch' test to determine whether or not you should be allowed to drive a truck. If s splinter, minor headache or belly cramps force you to take an extended break, you probably shouldn't be a truck driver.

I had my big toenail ripped out at the root (not by a doctor) and had work boots on 2hrs later. Had the flu last week and wife is complaining to her friends because I'm not complaining about being sick. Workplace incident left me with broken tooth sockets, felt like my mouth was on fire, never missed a day without time off being scheduled in advance.

I think it's time to stop molly-coddling people and start weeding out the weak from the herd. Just send all the delicate flowers to California and put a giant fence around it
