Or you know, don't work in an industry that's had those rules in place for the last 80 years? It's not like HOS is a new thing in truck driving....

 

The entitlement/victim status is though...

In their present form? No. That's a bald-faced lie

 

HOS stared in 1938. So no, it's not a lie that regulations limiting work for truckers have been around for 80 years. The specific ones? Of course not. But then again the op wasn't bleeting about specific regulations, he was whining about having the regulations in the first place.

Don't like it, don't work in an industry that has had some form of regulations for not only your lifetime, but likely your parents too.

But insinuating that any regulation on anything has remained remotely the same for the last 80 years is a 100% defensible position and an ultimate "truth"?

 

Stating that there is any regulation that requires you must sleep is a bald face lie.... see how that works?

 

If the regulations were already in place, why was a new law put into force?
