Put it in gear and drive it out.
Or does the truck not have full locking differentials ?

 

Looks like that pothole ate up your front bumper and license plate as well.

I generally avoid potholed dirt lots because you never know how deep they are when full of water, and when they aren't full of water you can still bottom out and break various under carriage parts on your tractor. Not worth the risk.

 

Call the cops for what? When your trailer starts disappearing stop and pull forward!!!

Drivers need to be aware of where they park at night

Just about anywhere across the US. I can think of lots like that I see about every day. Usually a spot of last resort for drivers who arrive in the middle of the night.
