    I've noticed they put the park controls to the right of the steering wheel too. But it looks like the clutch is on the left like normal for us.

    Cummins Old Gold. As far as I know you can still get it in rattle cans from Cummins

    I have driven right hand cars. Pedals the same, ie, gas is on the right, clutch was on the left. That surprised me at the time.

    I learned how to shift a truck with my left hand. That's what you do when you're riding with your dad. But the splitter in that case was on the left side of the knob.

    Never. Hardly ever see a right hand drive vehicle over here unless its owned by some punk Fast and the Furious wannabe.

    Honestly no. I live in the sticks. We don't have fancy things like garbage pickup or mail delivery.
