This is his fault?? Where did he say that he sat there and watched it happen? We don't even know if he was in the truck. Come on man. Some idiot failed to do his job properly and the OP got smacked. What else is there to say?

 

What else to say? How about be a responsible human being. Would you leave your child in the park and go take a 30 minute dump in the bathroom? That is the problem with this industry. Bunch of overgrown make believe hard ##### that are really just shy non social children.

 

Some of us actually unload the product on our truck. So what’s your solution for that?

 

if you got the drivers and company information, turn it into your insurance company. they in turn will contact his.

if worse comes to worse, have your lawyer chase down the money, as running after lawsuits keeps a lawyer, healthy, wealthy, and wise.
